Well friends, Christmas and New Year's in Kentucky was all that I had hoped it would be and more. I ate tons of great food, saw family and friends, and drank some great beer. I got to meet my new niece Sadie, and man was she a cutie! I can't wait until I can see her again, and for the days when I can spoil her rotten!!!!
Good news on the beer front from the USA. Galvin's, my favorite bar next to the old apartment in Georgetown, KY, now has Kentucky Ale on tap. I drank some Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Ale from Mississippi that was delicious. BBC Brewing in Louisville is making Sheltowee Beer for Liquor Barn and it is delicious. I am happy.
Bad news is that I am back to Japan and had to start work today.
