How do you keep your beer cold?

While Nate is heading to Tokyo, I'll be hitting the slopes in Gifu to showcase my mad snowboarding skills--while trying not to break anything that I really need. I'll keep my eyes peeled for good brews (Takayama???) and ears perked for any interesting beer news that I hear. Of course, in all that snow, I'll be thinking about staying warm.

However, this article focuses on how to keep beer cold, and I might say, it's well done. They examine the effect that koozies (cozy-depending on where you are from) have on the temperature of beer, and they do so while style and accuracy.

My personal favorite is the rice-krispie koozie. Use it to cool the brew, then eat it for a snack. Bonus points for drinking the PBR as well...

That is hysterical. Extra points for the damn PBR in the middle there, too. :)

The PBR is OK.
But you would accumulate extra sleazy points if the beer it was holding had not corn, but rice as an adjunct.
