Ok, I will admit that I haven't been working that hard today. I have been trolling the beer blogs and Japanese Breweries sites for leads about new beers coming soon--thus the previous post about Sapporo's new beers coming soon....
Not to be outdone, Kirin is on the offensive as well, announcing that.....wait for it....in Spring 2009, they will be introducing a new 100% malt Ichiban Shibori!!!!! I know that Nate will say I'm just dreaming, but I'm hoping for a nice lager to go with the newly designed can and bottle seen here. Also, you can sign up now to get a FREE present of 2 x 350ml cans of the new stuff.* The picture is of the limited edition cans they are making for the campaign.
I would wow you with more glorious details, but it's all in Japanese and I can't read it. Dammit, studying would be useful....
