The Colonel has Been Found!

This has nothing to do with beer, but everything to do with Kentucky. Nate will tell you that he is a huge fan of Randy Bass and loves the story about the curse that Colonel Sanders has had on the Hanshin Tigers ever since excited fans threw a statue of the Colonel into a river near Osaka.

Rest in peace Mr. Sanders and rest easy Hanshin fans.....

The Colonel.....

has been found!

What!?! This is amazing! A national holiday from now on to be sure! Who found him? Have they honored his family with rare jewels, exotic perfumes, and a government pension from now into perpetuity yet? The curse is broken!

...but what will happen to the statue? Surely it will go on a tour of Japan and then the world (and Kentucky!) as a testament to chicken and baseball. May it's final resting place be in the National Museum of Japanese Treasures (is there such a place?) so that it may be treasured by generations to come.

From the photo above, the guy who found him is approximately 2 feet tall, so I assume, to say thank you, they're gonna take him out on the town to get hammered, then to the red light district to get laid.
10 bucks says he'll end up in the river.
