Your own beer tap at your table?
Anyone who has even been to a bar with someone who loves to drink cold beer knows that this invention is either the greatest (or dumbest) idea in the history of the world.

Let's say the internal diameter of the pipe is 5mm. Let's also say the length from refridgerator to tap is 5m (assume it goes under the floor. That makes a volume in the pipe of about 0.38 litres (not so far off a US pint). Okay, So, taking into account the tap machanism, plus the coooler unit or what not and that comes to...

I wonder how often all those pipes and taps will be cleaned and rinsed out? If it's bud, maybe the effects won't be so noticeable. If the diameter was actually a cm, the volume in 5m of piping would increase to about 1.6litres (over 3.5 US pints).
Let's just say I wouldn't like to be sitting at the far end of the bar, just after opening time.
