Quick bit of beer news today: Narihiro Suzuki-san updated his blog and said be on the look out for some new Ise Kadoya Vintage brews. Narihiro said that these "new premium, year-round Ise Kadoya beers" are due out sometime this fall and should "boast an alcohol content of 12%."
Good news from Ise Kadoya as they seem to be keen on tapping into the super premium beer market, but I hope they continue to make some cheaper good beers, like the more afforable and supremely drinkable Sinto Beer.

DH, thanks for your e-mail earlier this week -- from reading your posts, it seems like Okinawa was a mixed bag beer-wise.
I'm looking forward the the Ise Kadoya Vintage too. Suzuki-san gave me a bottle each of his Brown Ale, Pale Ale & Stout to bring back to Portland -- can't wait to crack 'em open.
