My friends Lance and Rob, who visited from Kentucky, both said that they felt more comfortable in the taproom than anywhere else they visited in Japan. It is the atmosphere, the beer, the location in Numazu, the music playing, and the people. For those of you that just experienced the Numazu Taproom for the first time, What do you think?

It's a great little bar. Out in Nuazu is both good and bad for everyone else. Great staff and overall feel to the place and good beer on tap. Felt this weekend's handpump sleection was the poorest yet and at one point there was only one handpump working, but that's sometimes just the way it goes. So many people wanted to try the
Marris Otter Saaz and just missed it. It was good.

The Marris Otter Saaz was awesome, and I don't usually go for casks brews. Sorry boys that came later!!!

Maris Otter Saaz was a fun beer to brew -- I'm hoping that we'll make that one again, but it probably won't be till next year.
But there's a new Nakameguro Bitter coming out next month that's going to be fantastic, and today we brewed the first Harajuku Ale. Great stuff. Overall, though, I agree -- we need MORE HANDPUMP BEERS!!!
