I grew up on the Irish Car Bomb. Always a classic. However, this list of the 10 Boilermakers that everyone should try is pushing it just a bit.
The question is this: Could you drop a shot into a premium brew like 90 minute IPA and not kick yourself???

This coming from the guy who used to drink:
1. The Undead Monkey: A lovely concoction of Banana Liqueur,and a flaming top of 151 (Lemon Hart) dropped into a Kirin.
2. The Nazi Taco: A shot of Jager and Tequila with a few dashes of hotsauce.
And he created and gave to his buddy: The Tahara Earthquake!: A mix of everything you can find in the cabinet.
Any others I am forgetting???
That being said, if you wasted some of those beers like this, I'd slap you.

Ok, The Undead Monkey is of my own invention, and is pretty damn good. The Nazi Taco was for punishments only and the Tahara Earthquake! was a one time deal, discontinued after Colt chucked all over my futon twice.
You are forgetting the two nights I got drunk trying to perfect the Tokyo Subway Tear Gas with sake, umeshu, and wasabi dropped into Kirin. Never did get that one right...
