It's been just over a year since we did our first interview, and since then we have been lucky to have some of the biggest names in beer stop in to answer some questions.
What better way to celebrate than to go back to the beginning?
The Emperor Penguin himself, James Watt, has agreed to another interview with us. It's perfect timing with Brewdog all over the news these days with their high ABV beers.
He wants to answer your questions.... Post away with your probing questions in the comments, and I'll send them on to James.
Please, no questions involing killing puppies or kittens or the price of tea in China.
Eh, nevermind. Chuwy, ask away.

Why take a perfectly good beer (or at least I'm assuming it's a perfectly good beer) and turning it into a brandy-like drink?
Do you think that publicizing "gimmick" beers has any benefit for craft beer as a whole?
Punk IPA has such an interesting blend of hops and a very interesting hop aroma. How did you guys come up with that blend?
Chris, good stuff, keep it coming.
What percent of your beer is consumed domestically?
Is the pricing similar to other beers in the offlicense, or are your beers much more (a la Dogfishhead or Stone in the States)?
It's a shame you never made it to Japan last month (a lot of poeple were eager to meet you) but I heard Jo did a great job - lovely person, by the way. Really don't care for quite a few of your beers, however I do like a few of them! Tokyo star especially was very, very interesting. Never got to suck on a penguin, though.
1) Now that the 'hype monster' campaign has achieved you guys notoriety, do you think you'll now settle down with the new brewery, new pubs etc and concentrate soley on bringing out some fantastic beer, rather than catching the limelight or is it all just gonna keep on going?
2)Do you see other British companies following your 'lead' in making 'interesting' beers, rather than sticking to the tried and tested British styles?
3)How do you see the British beer industry, compared to the rest of the world. How are we doing?
Do you see changes happening?
Any thoughts for the future?
4)Why do you use those weird spherical kegs that I saw at the Tokyo Real ale festival? Are they just a gimmick or are they preferable to 'normal' kegs? They seem like they could be disposable.
5) You're in a room.You're dying of thirst.
There's no brewdog around but there's a bottle of Stone IPA and a bottle of Nogne IPA on the table in front of you.
You can only drink one beer and you really, really want to drink a beer.
Which is it to be?
Which will it be?
6) I really want to ask the puppy and kitten question but I've been told I can't.
